If you have issues with a Z-OFFROAD product, we strongly recommend that you: (1) troubleshoot your light and (2) contact the authorized retailer where you purchased it.
We provide 1 year warranty for all LED products. Specific warranty information can be found in the "details" section of each product page. Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim. Shipping warrantied products back may be required as well.
Warranty claims in 3 Easy Steps:
File a Claim
Ship it back (Z-OFFROAD will provide all manufacturer-specific return instructions within 3 days of validating the warranty claim).
Get your replacement (A replacement will be processed as soon as your defective item is on its way back to us).
End customers will be required to initiate a warranty claim with the authorized Z-OFFROAD dealer where they purchased the product. Z-OFFROAD Corporation does not process end customer warranty claims.
This Warranty Policy applies ONLY to the customers who purchased products directly from Z-OFFROAD. Claims from end customers must be routed to the source where purchased, and processed with them to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA).
